I wish I could say I was satisfied by the services Chad provided After dropping off both my road bike and my trainer bike for regular work, Chad reached out about a potential rear hub issue with my trainer bike. I agreed for him to proceed with the service and happily collected my bikes after the work was completed. Today was my first trainer bike ride and I noticed hearing unusual noises. The little shriek from my rear hub is no longer detectable and I'm hearing myself huff and puff way more. Am I out of shape? Probably. Is my childhood asthma coming back? Maybe. Am I satisfied with Chad's work? Way more than expected ! I consider myself a brave tinkerer but why make mistakes when Chad can both offer great conversations and fix issues you have been ignoring/covering up with heavy breathing. He is a stud of a mechanic and an elite gentleman from the school of bicycle wizardry. Your visit will not be in vain

Wow! Real caring service with a mile. Needed a mountain bike for my wife and Chad filled the bill exactly. I’ve been biking for 15 years and he had it nailed from simple explanations to the most complex. It was great working with Chad and he had the perfect fit for the wifey. The bike shop is in a fabulous location as well. Will be returning for our service here. Thanks, Chad!

Though I live 2 hours away, Old Fort Bike Shop is my local shop. Chad is always willing to fit me in quickly for the various work I need done on / for my bike. From fixing a frustrating drive train and making it work perfectly to one of the best wheel builds I have ever had. This IS the shop and Chad is the mechanic who has the knowledge, skillset and personality to make it a great experience.
