OLD FORT BIKE SHOP

Great experience! I’m new to mountain biking having just moved to the area from Texas. I recently purchased a bike off Facebook and needed help getting it set up to my height and weight. Chad was awesome and walked me through everything he was doing while also teaching me about my new bike and it’s capabilities. This will be my go to bike shop from now on!

Though I live 2 hours away, Old Fort Bike Shop is my local shop. Chad is always willing to fit me in quickly for the various work I need done on / for my bike. From fixing a frustrating drive train and making it work perfectly to one of the best wheel builds I have ever had. This IS the shop and Chad is the mechanic who has the knowledge, skillset and personality to make it a great experience.

I wanted to leave a great review as this man deserves the credit. He did an exceptional job for me, and it was no simple task what I had requested. It turned out better than expected. We had a small issue due to miscommunication, and he went above and beyond to make me satisfied. I will say this, he has my business going forward 100%, and I recommend if you have the opportunity to let him work on your machine, you should. I'm very pleased Chad. My bike is 100% perfect. On a side note, we all know that new cables stretch, and need attention after about a month of riding. He said "Bring it back by when it starts to miss a little, and I will re-tune it from the stretch for free." I can't speak for everyone in the world, but when I am this happy after giving someone my hard earned money from a job well done. It sure fells like money well spent to me....
